From Field to Forwarder

The slow, deliberate craft behind every pod.

Vanilla is the world's second-most labour-intensive spice. We treat it accordingly — with patience, with rigor, and with hands that have done this for generations.

01

Pollination

Each vanilla flower opens for a single morning. Our growers hand-pollinate every bloom — there is no other way.

02

Harvest

Pods are picked at exact maturity, when the tip turns from green to yellow — a window of just days.

03

Killing & Sweating

Beans are blanched, then wrapped in wool blankets to begin enzymatic conversion.

04

Sun Curing

For weeks, beans alternate between sun and shade — developing vanillin and the warm, deep aroma profile Java is known for.

05

Conditioning

Pods rest in cedar boxes for 60+ days, deepening flavour and stabilising moisture.

06

Grading & Export

Every bean is hand-graded by length, moisture, flexibility and aroma — then vacuum-packed and shipped.

Traceability

Every container tells you where it came from.

Each shipment ships with a full lot report: farm cluster, harvest dates, curing cycle, vanillin %, moisture, and microbial analysis. Transparency isn't a feature — it's our standard.
